At Luchals, we are a proud host for the Supportive Employment initiative. This comprehensive program offers a structured job placement system that assists individuals with disabilities in locating competitive employment opportunities within the community. In addition, it provides ongoing support services designed to help these individuals learn their job responsibilities and effectively perform their roles in the workplace.
